Stop leaving expensive bikes unattended in the parking lot! This parking lot is lurking with bike thieves.
The staff at Boulder REI are heroes. My son's old bike broke 3wks before his 10th birthday. It's super tough finding bikes now. I ordered a REV 24 mtn bike on REI.com. When it was due for pick up, I called the store and learned an inventory system error failed to notify me it was backordered... I explained it's his birthday, etc. Margaret told me there might be another possibility... then, OVERNIGHT, they found & built-out a Co-Op DRT 1.0 in his size! (a better overall bike h… See more

This isn't really a review but I'm not sure where else to put this. We were shopping at REI earlier today and our 3-year-old was bitten by a dog that was in the store. The owner left the store before we could could get her contact info. To the dog's owner--please, if you're reading this, contact us--we just need to confirm that your dog has *current* rabies shots or we will need to incur the expense and trauma to our daughter of rabies shots.
