I can't say I'll be shopping at @rei anytime soon again. I had to order a new @garmin after the one the sold me was defective. The first ordered replacement sent in an HR+ BOX, but the actual watch was the inferior HR. Not cool. Ordered again. Sent me a USED watch. This is it. Literally covered in white shit. I yet again had to return it. That's not only two weeks (and three trips) of my time wasted, but also is just plain bullshit. I went there on crutches. The staff was very kind and helpful, very willing to go above and beyond to help me shop.
Great service, staff, and products. I only removed one star because most products are sold at full retail price. The return policy is great too.
