The center is awsome. Doctor's and staff are outstanding. Their new telephone system is horrific. I use be able to call and get a live person greet and direct me call without issues. Now I can't even get someone live to assist me. The Spanish operator is terrifying, you cannot understand it and accent is just wrong. I know it's going to be blamed on on this coronavirus new way of doing business but seriously that's why you need an actual person letting people know you still take the time to care.
