Worst hospital stay ever One elevator Nothing cold to drink for patients Nurses say managers don’t fix anything Had a surgery at 9 am Told us at 1030 we would be going to a room? My 76 yr old husband who has dementia fell and dislocated his elbow. They splinted it and sent us home (orthopeic surgeon coulden't bother coming in) advising to contact the orthopedic surgeon with whom he had an established relationship. When I contacted his doc I WAS TOLD THAT ANOTHER DOC WAS ON CALL THAT NIGHT AND THAT'S WHO WE WOULD HAVE TO SEE. I AM UNABLE TO GET ANY PATIENT FEED BACK OR RATINGS FOR THAT DOC. THE OFFICE IS A 36 MINUTE DRIVE FROM MY HOUSE, BUT THEY ARE SORRY THAT THE ER GAVE US BAD INFO.

My son broke his leg tonight and the ER saw him right away! They were so AMAZING! Special shoutout to Ashley & Joyce for making this scared momma feel better! I appreciate you ladies and all your staff so much! ❤️

they will lie to get your business. more than once they told ems they have a room upon arrival and when you get their they put you in the waiting room for 3 hrs or more before going to a room. yet as soon as you get their in the waiting room they get your insurance information. I waited 4 hrs after arrival bleeding and left to another hospital and was seen immediately. yet still billed my insurance for the so called triage.

I cannot say enough good things about 3 North Observation. I was having to stay for 3 days. My nurses Abigail, Carolyn, Asheley, Lindsey, and the Charge Nurse Stephanie were amazing! They were all so sweet and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better group. Dietary on the other hand was a different story. But overall thanks to my nurses for the great care. ❤️

Awful. Will not allow access to medical records that I need. No one can send me the consent form despite speaking with about 6 people. Very disappointing service.

Each time we have had to take my elderly daddy here it has gotten worse. This morning he was taken in for stitches in his head. He is 89.5 with dementia, my sister was not allowed in. He had a CT and X-ray and 6+ hours later he is still waiting to be stitched!!! This is unacceptable! Won’t take him there again unless there are absolutely no other options.
