Please go else where my family went on vacation and our car caught on fire my meds were lost in fire I got kicked out of pain program because I didn't risk my life and save my meds I go to Indy pain clinic they really understand you there
I have Always been treated Very well by everyone at this office :-) I am also a patient of Dr. Mimms who I adore! The office was great when he left! Called me and kept me informed of Everything and had another doc write my scripts. I can change to another doc with them or go see Dr. Mimms at his new office on banta red in Southport :-)
Dr. Mimms was AMAZING and made Rehab Associates and since he left the practice his patients have been TOTALLY DISREGARDED! Not only were notices not sent out explaining that our Dr. is no longer with the practice but we have been given NO ANSWERS OR ALTERNATIVE!! Running out of meds that you have been on for YEARS leaves one in tremendous pain and the body becomes sick yet the circus of staff could not possibly care any less. Dr. Mimms former office is finding anything and everything too hurt any and all of Dr. Mimms's patients. My case was done by a nurse named Tammy. She said on one day my script could be filled and another doctor would take over my case. The very next day she crused me and was very rude. She stated that I as the patient. It's my responsbilitiy to request my urine screens. Not the doctor. Last time I checked the doctor is to request those.
Sorry excuses for human beings let alone doctors! Stay away!
Dr. Neucks has been & continues to be one of the most thoughtful, thorough, empathetict, & kindest physicians I've had since my diagnosis over 20 years ago. He continues to make me aware of newer treatment ptions as available & we've made most decisions regarding treatment together after discussing my particular situation & possible benefits, side effects, etc. I would not hesitate to refer anyone, & if the wait is months, I'd still tell them his "doctoring" is worth it. DR. Nuecks is my physician, he is a wonderful rheumatologist who has helped me tremedously, the entire office is very curtoues, very professional. I dont ever have to wait long periods for my appoinments. I always get a very thourough exam, and Dr. Nuecks takes his time to listen to my concerns and give feedback, as well as addresses any problems or concerns I have during my visits. I never feel rushed. This office is very well ran, and everyone is sooo polite. anthony sefton
So friendly Everyone is so nice and caring. I see Dr. Atkins he is great So understanding so if you need pain management I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
