I had a really poor experience here and they've repeatedly attempted to have my review removed. I wouldn't trust the 5 stars.
Wonderful physical therapy practice with exceptional practitioners. I have been a patient of Michael Aquino's for both foot related PT and pelvic floor therapy and can attest that he is an excellent therapist with extensive knowledge and experience and an incredibly kind and approachable demeanor. He is the best of the best. Easy to schedule appointments and super convenient Marina Del Rey location.
The day after I wrote down my credit card information for the front desk I noticed fraudulent charges for delivery orders from the Cheesecake Factory less than a mile away as well as a nearby pizza restaurant. I had not used this card in months and I can say with 95% certainty that someone here used my card to order themselves some food. In addition to this fraud, they profit off of ignoring your phone calls when you want to cancel, calling you a no-show and then charging you full price outside of your insurance.
