My name is Darren Laughlin. I left a review over six years ago on Rehab Medical and gave it two stars because I was unhappy with their Customer Service.. However, I have been back with Rehab Medical for More than two years and have been nothing but happy with their service. The things I was unhappy with before, about how long it took to get a repair done, have changed in the last two years. Absolutely garbage company. Call center employees are extremely rude and disrespectful and lazy. They act like they are incapable of doing simple tasks and don't care about customers. This place is bad really bad.
Today, I had my motorized complex wheelchair delivered. The 354 lb. Was delivered by this one single man. He not only delivered it, but set it up. Kyle B was knowledgeable, about how to set it up, but he also showed me some of how to use it. Kyle, showed be the gears,buttons,handles and put it into terms a newbie could understand. He also gave me the booklets, numbers,instructions of how where to find any info that I might need to get used to my new normal. Christian was working so hard trying to put the bar on my chair finally found out they sent the wrong product.
I've been calling rehab medical are in St Louis branch for about 6 weeks to get service on my wheelchair and when I called today they told me the parts were just ordered today this place is ridiculously unorganized and ran by people who don't know what they're doing. I was just reading through my review of rehab medical and it says rehab medical Indiana. Butt Indiana is where I got help I got a manager named Jared and he got things moving for me
