Met Matt Barnes and Chris Cole several years ago at a football game. Student athletes are very fortunate they care enough to be there for them. With three children in sports in the past, and now my grandchildren, I know who my family can depend on for outstanding care. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in December. I have had excruciating pain in my legs and feet from overdoing it with high impact aerobic exercise. Lesson learned: when you're in pain stop immediately and see a specialist. I want to give a shout-out to the physical therapy team at Rehab Group in Morristown. A special shout out to Matt for his amazing skill in Dry Needling! After 3 treatments I am walking pain free in a year! Kris Emmert
