Service is always great! Call ahead as they fill up fast and can’t always take a walk in. Very fair prices and good work. I’ve never been disappointed with the end result and I’ve come here consistently for two years.
Homophobic receptionist, she told the lady in front of me it’s a 20 minute wait, and proceeded to pretend I was not there. After about 5 minutes of me standing there she said “do you want something?” And I told her I wanted a full set. She tells me “we are booked up right now come back later maybe” in a rude tone. Total difference in attitude towards the woman before me. I am a gay man. Used to be a regular here, not coming back.

I got an acrylic full set. The tech did not clean under my nails after he filed them. Cut my thumb nails much shorter than my other nails and The finish was very bumpy and thick. He knew it was bumpy because he was really taking his time with the top coat trying to get it even but failed. I didn’t notice this until I got in natural lighting. Very disappointed. First and last time here.
I had a very disappointing experience here. It took a very long time to even get seated, despite there being very few people in the building. They put someone else ahead of me, then placed me in a pedicure chair with no water. After I finally decided to walk out, that’s when they offered to start on me. It shouldn’t have to be that way.
