Hands down best nail spa in Lafayette and surrounding areas. Do not waste your time or money at other establishments. This team is amazing at their art and very kind. Thank y’all for making us all feel more beautiful!
Service is always great! Call ahead as they fill up fast and can’t always take a walk in. Very fair prices and good work. I’ve never been disappointed with the end result and I’ve come here consistently for two years.
Homophobic receptionist, she told the lady in front of me it’s a 20 minute wait, and proceeded to pretend I was not there. After about 5 minutes of me standing there she said “do you want something?” And I told her I wanted a full set. She tells me “we are booked up right now come back later maybe” in a rude tone. Total difference in attitude towards the woman before me. I am a gay man. Used to be a regular here, not coming back.
they don't take walk ins but advertise as if they do
I got an acrylic full set. The tech did not clean under my nails after he filed them. Cut my thumb nails much shorter than my other nails and The finish was very bumpy and thick. He knew it was bumpy because he was really taking his time with the top coat trying to get it even but failed. I didn’t notice this until I got in natural lighting. Very disappointed. First and last time here.
