Therapy is no longer a scary place for me thanks to these guys! After a bad experience with a previous physical therapist I was terrified to try therapy again but after meeting and working with Jacqui and her team of Carrie, Stephen and Jordan I have found a new level of trust with physical therapy. These guys are the best team around hands down. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, and very thorough with the exercises and assessments. I will forever be grateful to them for helping me.
Above all, the staff. They are so helpful and treat you as if you were their only patient. Next ... the Independent program ...so convenient for a flexible schedule. Thanks, Hope and all the others!
Everyone here is very friendly. Making or rescheduling appointments has been very easy. I’m always greeted by name upon arrival. Joe and Jeff are very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns. Joe did an amazing job on my orthotics. My overall experience has been nothing but positive. Five stars all around.
Hope is amazing! She is so caring and was very passionate about getting me back on my knee. I am back to a full functioning knee thanks to her and her team. Everyone I saw was so happy to help and very gentle and caring. Highly recommend this group!

I was referred to Rehab Associates after a recent knee injury. During my first visit Jacqui accessed my knee injury and designed a plan of action to get me back to my pre-injury activity level. Jacqui is so sweet, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I began physical therapy that same day and was given a set of exercises to do at home each day. I have worked with Jacqui, Stephen and Carrie at the Timberlake Rehab Associates and cannot rave enough about them! I highly recommend their services.
Stephen Siebert is very friendly and helpful with showing me how to do the different exercises each time I visit. Dr. Jacqui and her staff are just very positive and upbeat and a joy to do therapy with. I always leave feeling a little better each time I visit!
