The staff on 1500 are great! Yvonne and the team are so helpful, friendly and professional. The premises are clean and always well-maintained. It’s a good vibe and a great place to conduct business.
I do not recommend Regus. They constantly add extra charges for random things every month, and when the contract ends, they take a 5.8% “return fee” that they never mention when you sign up. We were told we could go month-to-month, but later found out we were locked into a one-year contract and couldn’t get out like they said in the beginning. The whole experience felt misleading and very frustrating.

When I signed up, I was told it was a month-to-month agreement, but later they said that only the price was month-to-month — not the actual contract. I ended up paying for months when I wasn’t even using the office, just to avoid more issues. Every month, I was also charged for things I never used. I’ve had such a great experience with Regus Trillium! The team here is always professional, responsive, and kind. Anytime I had a question or concern, they took the time to look into it and explain everything clearly instead of brushing it off. You can tell they truly care about their clients and want to make sure you’re comfortable and supported. The offices are always clean, quiet, and perfect for focusing.
