I was on a trip in Santa Barbara and planned to drive in for a full work afternoon in Los Angeles when mid-morning there was a change in schedule, my travel partner's team added two mandatory meetings that had to occur at a time when we would be "on the road" she couldn't take the call on a cell phone and needed uninterrupted wifi and a professional setting. I have a privilege to experience Regus office Workspace/Shared Space in many countries and it is one of my secrets recipe for being a micro multinational. Regus in Westlake is like a feather in the crown👑. There is no perfect office space than Regus Westlake. Location, Interior, Concierge, Neighbor -- all 💯%. Can't complete this review without highlighting 7 Stars services by Morgan and Beata.

This place is absolutely horrible. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional and they lack basic business courtesy and ethics. They misled our group to add extra charges. Common sense would have them think not to pull of such nonsense for a group that was holding meeting there twice a month. Penny wise, pound foolish!
