Regus has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. They have owed me a refund since Aug 2025 it’s now Jan 2026 and I still haven’t received it. The Billing dept is out of the USA so it’s impossible to get any answers and the staff in the US hands are tied. You are at the mercy of non US employees and have no regard to customer service. 1 star was the only option I had to rate this pathetic worthless corporation.
