This place is absolutely horrible. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional and they lack basic business courtesy and ethics. They misled our group to add extra charges. Common sense would have them think not to pull of such nonsense for a group that was holding meeting there twice a month. Penny wise, pound foolish!
I've been renting an office room from Regus at this location for 9 months now. The office environment, people, meeting rooms and common area are perfect. Beata is an incredible office manager. She takes care of everything. She is always helpful and positive. Thank you, Regus!

Marcos, Shannon and Alex have been extremely professional in my transition to this office here in Westlake Village. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate, even going as far as looking for the right furniture in the office, to floor plans, and other unit locations that would fit my needs in the near future. I have had 2 different offices at the Russell Ranch Road Regus and have to say it's been a fantastic experience. The staff here is amazing. Marcis and Alex are the absolute best. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Regus if you need an office space or virtual address.
