Communication is terrible. No one returns calls or emails. I have to get aggressive and naggy to get any response. They screwed up my invoices from the very beginning and I had to badger them to get it corrected. Several months later in November and December 2025 I was charged a late fee on the same day the invoice went out. This building is big and beautiful. My daughter has spaces here and this building is absolutely beautiful. If you need to rent office space for any reason, this is your go to.
Nobody answers the phone, been calling for 3 days and not a single person answring the phone, requested a call back thru email nobody reached out to me. Called area manager and senior manager for 3 days nobody’s answering the phone this is the worst experience ever
