They suck! They charge without permission and never call you back or email you back. STOP DONT USE THIS PLACE!!
The worst! They charged for $35 for mailing service which i never signed up for. They sent me to collections and now won’t call me back! Dont use this place!!
I'm wondering if these 1- and 2-star reviews are based on some disconnect with the Billing department, as I've never had a problem. Vanessa is terrific! Always ready to help if necessary. Would recommend Regus.
This has to be one of the most frustrating memberships ive had. They keep charging you after you cancel with them with proof of email receipts months after. You call them to cancel and they agree, slightly but brush you off and do not stop charging you. So phone calls and emails do not work. I would avoid them altogether and never let them have your credit card information because they will never stop charging it.
