I have a virtual membership with this organization and after a billing error where they charged my account multiple times it took over a month for them to correct the issue after having to call and complain multiple times. After requesting my service be cancelled they refused to cancel despite their terrible service and not using the product they are holding me hostage despite the fact that my business is suffering.
