We have rented from Regus for several years and, unfortunately, have watched the experience steadily decline over time. Cleaning of the offices and bathrooms is extremely inconsistent, billing issues have been an ongoing frustration, and the hallways are often very loud and disruptive during the workday. 2/26/26 Update: Things continue to get worse, and complaints fall on deaf ears. Frequently, the cleanings don’t happen. Bathrooms are left disgusting, offices and garbage not emptied, etc. Completely mismanaged and getting worse and worse. We can’t wait for our contract to end! A year ago: As others have stated, the management is very deceptive and will lie if it fits their narrative.
