Several charges were clarified with contractual references, and I have accepted those outcomes. A late fee waiver previously communicated in writing remains in dispute and has been escalated. I strongly advise anyone considering Regus for their office rental or virtual office needs to look elsewhere. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. It all started with a billing error where my account was charged multiple times. What should have been a simple fix turned into a nightmare—Regus' customer service took over a month to resolve the issue.
