Absolutely awful customer service and poor communication. I rented a small 30sq.ft space, just enough to fit a desk and chair for 6 weeks. At the time of signing contract the sales person promised there won’t be any additional charges and I was not checking my app regularly. I got $212 charged as retrofit fee and a week later I got another $50 in late fee. There was not a single nail or dirt in the space. That is more than 50% of hidden costs compared to a months rent.
