Absolutely awful customer service and poor communication. I rented a small 30sq.ft space, just enough to fit a desk and chair for 6 weeks. At the time of signing contract the sales person promised there won’t be any additional charges and I was not checking my app regularly. Conference rooms are terrible for taking depositions. Everyone in the lobby can hear everything said in the conference room. Everyone in the conference room can hear everything said in the lobby, including all the kids coming through, just as loud as the person being deposed.
