Don’t rent here!! Terrible service, incorrect billing, “automated unable to change processing for billing and lease renewals” without permissions. I STILL haven’t received my business deposit for MONTHS and all I am told is “will come through, so sorry, escalated it again”. No follow through or ability to get anything fixed like my money back. Waste waste waste of time and money.

My experience working with Regus for the past 9 months has been MORE than a disappointment. So many mistakes, miscommunications, over charged, app not working, not scheduled correctly, and any time an issue is brought up there “isn’t anywhere to submit a complaint to” or to do a follow up with. Contract auto renewed THREE months before the end of the term for a 6 month term that was NOT even an option!
