Be cautious with Regus. My best firend attended a short trial visit for a few hours and never moved in, took possession of an office, or used any services afterward. Despite this, she was billed for multiple months as if her contract had started. No ongoing access. No services used. Still charged. This feels like a predatory practice where a “trial” can later be treated as a commitment. Customer support was scripted and unhelpful. If you consider Regus, get everything in written or walk away.

Misleading “free trial” followed by billing pressure — zero use I had a very troubling experience with this Regus location. I was explicitly offered a free trial day to evaluate the space before making any commitment. Love the accessibility, plenty parking. The lobby can be very loud and noisy given the in and out flow. Still a great location.
I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to look elsewhere. My experience has been a nightmare of deceptive practices and circular conversations. I signed a one-year agreement and made it clear I did not want it to auto-renew. As my contract end date approached, I proactively tried to cancel multiple times.
