I have been a member of Regus in Heidelberg for almost 1 year and my experience has been great. The facilities have a neat and professional look and I am happy to have my clients attend at this location several times a week. The manager of this office, Ben, is exceptional and does his best to make everyone's experience as pleasant as possible.
Professionally fitted permanent and temporary co working space. Friendly vibe and Ben the receptionist is extremely professional and friendly whenever you need any extra help.
Very modern and clean property. The meeting rooms are great to invite a client for a meeting. The environment is quiet which allows you to focus on work. Ben is the site manager and he is amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a coworking space or a dedicated desk.
I signed a contract in August 2025 for a private, isolated office space. Without any notification at the time of signing, the location was changed in September before I even moved in. When I inquired, I was told no comparable private space was available—only shared options—which did not meet my needs. I immediately requested a full refund.
