Dishonest and scammers that are very bad intentioned. Do not sign an agreement with them, save yourself the trouble and get with alternative solutions that have honest policies and actually try to serve their tenants as opposed to extract and scam.

Regus is hands down the worst place to lease an office, and here's why: Firstly, their staff are ego-centric and infantile. Instead of providing professional service, they throw tantrums and act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging your existence. Secondly, they have contracts with the building management to lie on their behalf. They'll cover up their mistakes and put your business at risk just to save face with the higher-ups. Parking was $40 for the day at an adjacent lot and I was completely disoriented when I walked out. Luckily, a kind stranger pointed me in the right direction for the US Bank Tower. Nice building, offices, furniture, front staff. Adequate food place in 1st floor. Soda machine on 26th. No trash can in office. Otherwise, no complaints.
This is a great location. Nice city vibe, lunch options around. Also check out the 54th floor of the building for views. Very high and a bit scary, in a good way ;-)
