A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. I have never experienced this level of frustration with an office rental company. I was charged for an office I never gained access to, and when I tried to resolve the problem, I was met with more billing arguments instead of a fair solution. DO NOT LET A BIG CORPORATE NAME FOOL YOU. My experience with Regus has been deeply frustrating and has completely changed how I view this company. I was charged for an office I never received access to, and when I challenged the billing, resolving the matter became an ongoing struggle. Instead of a clear explanation and a reasonable solution, I was left dealing with continued invoices and payment demands for charges I dispute. This is a scam service. I booked once with them, and canceled. Now they keep trying to repeatedly charge my card. We had to get our legal involved. Do not, under any circumstances, give them your CC details.

My experience with Regus Hudson NJ was very disappointing from start to finish. First, just getting into the building is a hassle — the security downstairs makes it difficult for you or your guests to enter, and getting out (or moving your belongings) requires extra permissions and confirmations from both Regus and building security. It’s unnecessarily complicated and annoying. I rented an office here for about 4–5 months on a monthly rental plan and gave a 30-day notice before moving out.
