Unaccommodating and poor customer service. Would not recommend Regus.
The building is the only reason I am giving this one star. My one year experience was awful. It was either 79 or 65 degrees in my office. After 11 months of discussing this issue, they shared that they did in fact have a solution but it costs the "center" and had been exhausting other options. Meanwhile my clients were either sweating or wearing winter coats at their appointments. The fix took no time at all to install and immediately solved the problem. Great community, positive environment, beautiful outside area with lake and walking trail, wonderful receptionist. Highly recommend!
