I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to look elsewhere. My experience has been a nightmare of deceptive practices and circular conversations. I signed a one-year agreement and made it clear I did not want it to auto-renew. As my contract end date approached, I proactively tried to cancel multiple times. Recently rented a room as a business owner. Two employees helped us set up for our meeting with chairs and everything. Then 30 minutes into meeting we were interrupted and told we had to leave. The man was EXTREMELY condescending. Rude and vague. Now they are trying to charge the card when they did not uphold their end and saying all info was at sign up.
