Not a professional setting or suitable for an actual office.
Not an office setting I'd recommend. One of our payments didn't register in their system. We immediately received notice that they were locking us out of our office and taking possession of our belongings until payment was received. We had made the payment on time and cleared up the issue but knowing that is their immediate reaction lets you know what kind of business is run here. Just one example of several issues we've run into here.
Avoid at all costs… It’s an old building. Moldy carpet. Musty smells. Bathrooms are pretty gross with the drywall soggy from a pipe burst on the floor above at some point. Most ceiling tiles are gone. The elevators are in rough shape and will have you praying the whole ride up and down. They do not get serviced properly. The walkway from the garage has the worst of the mold issues. So much pigeon poop and mold smells around that door that you have to hold your breath. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was a health issue. Ms Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my visit to Charles Swabb was not in vein, although I did not have an appointment, which they do require. She and her coworker were very accommodating and made my wait comfortable. Thank you ladies 💓
