Stay as far away as possible from this place! I have a virtual office here and it’s been an absolute nightmare! They run a scam- their system has taken out my card, then charges late fees for not having a card on file- even though they removed it! I’ve tried to dispute and have gotten no where. I even sent them the proof that I had put my card on file for reaccuring payments. They removed it and intitally were blaming me. As long as you are working in the space it's great. Omar is wonderful and helpful and the space is good. My angst comes with the "retainer" I was there on a month to month and was charged a "retainer" up front and then a couple months later a second one. Never understood it but it was in my contract. When I gave notice to leave I requested my $1400 back - that was March 29. It is June 11 I don't have my money back.
