Avoid Regus like the plague. They locked me into a contract, then stopped services at the co-working office nearby. They cannot be negotiated with and suggested I find a different one, but no others were nearby. They voided the agreement, but demanded I pay the full year long amount to end it. This was 2 months into my year membership. If a business stops their services, then they no longer have paying customers. Please don't force your customers to pay for nothing.

Very walkable area; close to shopping centers (The Bellevue Collection, The Bravern), restaurants, etc.

We moved in during September 2024. The units on the 23rd floor were apparently created out of an open space, but the climate control system hasn’t been updated. As a result, the temperature in my unit has typically been very low; for instance, this morning it was around 64 degrees. We’ve been reaching out to Regus about this since the beginning, but without results. Beware of misleading agreements! We signed up for a subscription service, only to be hit with unexpected charges and harassment after defaulting due to unclear terms. Now, we’re facing a lawsuit over a deceptive contract. Read carefully before doing business with them!
