Regus / IWG is not a good company to work with. They charge so much for their virtual office (just using their business address and for mail pick up) and now they will be charging $9 for the store and collect Services. It's complete robbery. I am looking forward to my contract ending with Regus and will NOT BE renewing with them. I would recommend staying away.
I was incorrectly charged a late fee even though Regus’s own system sent me two emails on the same day — one reminding me to pay and another confirming that the payment was successfully processed. There was no indication that any balance remained due. When I raised the issue, their support team responded dismissively and clearly didn’t even read my emails or screenshots. Kind staff and excellent clean facilities.
Totally confusing. No proper boards . No one in the entrance office to help.
I come here for my therapy appointments. The building is well maintained and clean. The offices are pretty cozy too. There is also good amount of seating in the common areas
