Absolute Nightmare - Avoid At All Cost. I had signed up for a simple virtual office address for my business online. Before signing up, you’re required to enter a credit card and sign a contract. Fair enough. All things were well until I noticed a “mail forwarding fee” being charged to my account. Nowhere did I sign up for that. I just needed the virtual address. I’ve been using Regus for a while now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The space itself is clean, professional, and designed to foster productivity. We were late in payment since the credit card on file was old. They decided to charge $30 late fee -- our monthly fee is $90. This is usurping and illegal.
Worse location ever. No one is ever available to answer the phone and all they do is submit service request and when you want to cancel all of sudden they are no where to be found and can’t help and want to auto renew on purpose. Horrible people and horrible organization.
