Amazing workspace very clean love it here
Such a horrid company. Charging late fees because the payment portal was down,contact person not responding prudently, not creating a support ticket for weeks after saying they did, and in general a huge rip off. Waiting for my last piece of mail which, of course, due to their incompetence is still not registered yet
Terrible, terrible service. I've been paying a hefty fee for mail forwarding and 95% of mail is lost. I've sent test letters that have never made it to back me, I have tracking numbers for delivered packages. They insist nobody has seen anything. The worst.
They lied to me about mail forwarding. They claimed they had been forwarding my mail and when I said I wasn't receiving anything, the manager Ashley Leavitt claimed the USPS must have lost my mail month after month and that I should "file a claim with the USPS". I knew this was a lie. When I asked her for proof that my mail was forwarded, she couldn't provide me anything. This office is a joke. The manager, Ashley Leavitt claims that the post office lost my mail three months in a row that she supposedly mailed herself. I suspect they are throwing our mail in the garbage and then charging us for the mail forwarding. STAY AWAY!!!
