This Regus property is a great location. The Regus staff and management are extremely responsive and helpful but most importantly Kaitlyn has a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Marla her manager routinely visits the property and is always on top of things.

Poorly run website, customer support, and operations. Took 15 minutes for the website to update a basic query. Tried 4 more times and still no luck. Called and was transferred to someone. That person stayed on the phone with me for about 5 minutes before hanging up and not calling back. Very hard to rent office space. Will no longer be doing business with Regus.

Very well run office with helpful staff. Nice surroundings near the Greenbelt and a quick drive to West Lake. Kaitlyn and the Regus team have been great to work with.

This is our second time setting up our office here and we chose to return because it is such a great location right off Mopac, which makes it easy to get to most of Austin. The front desk receptionist (Kaitlyn) is SO nice and helpful. We have never had a missed package and they have even helped us move office furniture. Overall, great experience and would choose to come back here again!
