Just signed a 6 month lease and regretted it on DAY ONE!! After paying almost $7,000 in deposits and rent for a private office I arrived to find the carpet filthy and the walls needing paint. They had also switched the furniture out from what I had agreed to. After being very helpful prior to me paying, all Of a sudden Zulema Gonzales was ZERO help. I do not want to put one star . Writing again this review regarding poor management . Im renting office since 6 months . and I rent out REGUS since 2019 . This is the terrible and dissapointed complex at my history from 2019 . From 2 weeks their sink doesn't work , they don't have silver wares , and water cutting and also coffee machine shut down too . when we came to this complex something happens every week and the ladies who in the front desk they don't care about that too. leaking lot of places . I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Community Manager at the Arlington Highlands Blvd location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite negative for several reasons. Firstly, Customer desk did not provide the help I needed. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response. This lack of communication made it incredibly difficult to resolve my issues and left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
