Customer desk behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Her attitude was not only unhelpful but also very rude, making the entire experience unpleasant.
Worst experience ever! Leasing and regretting it everyday! Staff is very unprofessional and management is quick to email paying customers and falsely accuse them without knowing what happened! Jennifer Ivory sent an email without properly investigating what happened! Please lease somewhere else! The first days here were very uncomfortable for my staff and I! not to mention the offices are dirty and have dirty carpets not worth the money for such a small and dirty office
Just signed a 6 month lease and regretted it on DAY ONE!! After paying almost $7,000 in deposits and rent for a private office I arrived to find the carpet filthy and the walls needing paint. They had also switched the furniture out from what I had agreed to. After being very helpful prior to me paying, all Of a sudden Zulema Gonzales was ZERO help.
