This is my first time working with Regus and I couldn’t be happier. It was also my first time getting an office space ( in my mind I thought it be as tedious as when you rent your first apartment ) but it was not! Everything went so smoothly thanks to my phone Rep Nicole, she took the time to answer my questions and helped with concerns. If I could give 0 starts, I would. Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star which is undeserving for the poor customer service of Toni and Kacee. I ENDED my contract with Regus because of these two people! Not only did I have to deal with poor customer service from these two, I’ve also had to deal with charges for services that opted out of and charges that were skyrocketed for no apparent reason.
