I generally dislike providing negative feedback, but I believe sharing my experience could help improve future visits for others. Subscribed to this service and was locked into a year and half contract. I was supposed to have mail handling and forwarding. Mail was never forwarded, I had to return to the office 3 times to fill out the forwarding paperwork. Still, mail was never forwarded. Pretty sure I paid the extra fee for the entirety of the contract without receiving the service. I called multiple times and was told we had no mail to pickup. Everything seemed like a good idea at first, but it ended up being an expensive mistake. I signed up a couple years ago in order to have a virtual business address to receive mail, boost my google presence, hide my personal address, etc. First reason I don't recommend them is that their practices seem unscrupulous and their attitude is predatory. I cancelled my agreement on September 4, 2024 but they are somehow able to keep me in the contract and won't let me out for 12 more months. I will now pay office fees until Sep 30th... read more

I have been a client at this location for 20 years. The monthly billing repeatedly is incorrect for the past 4 months. Credits are applied and then recharged for payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID
