Everything seemed like a good idea at first, but it ended up being an expensive mistake. I signed up a couple years ago in order to have a virtual business address to receive mail, boost my google presence, hide my personal address, etc. First reason I don't recommend them is that their practices seem unscrupulous and their attitude is predatory. I cancelled my agreement on September 4, 2024 but they are somehow able to keep me in the contract and won't let me out for 12 more months. I will now pay office fees until Sep 30th... read more
I have been a client at this location for 20 years. The monthly billing repeatedly is incorrect for the past 4 months. Credits are applied and then recharged for payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID
