Very bad experience. Very poor customer service.
Please be aware, although everything may initially appear perfect with their service packages, exercise caution. If any issues arise that compromise your ability to meet monthly payments, Regus shows little empathy or flexibility. In the event you find yourself needing to cancel the service early due to unforeseen circumstances, they are unlikely to negotiate amicably. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency about pricing. I was told I would pay a two month refundable deposit and a month to month set price. Little did I know that an inconspicuous charge of $484.38 was added to my invoice for "Office Restoration Services." I literally rented an interior office for 2 months and visited for a total of 3 days. Nevertheless, I was told that I have to pay this additional hidden charge. I feel completely scammed. Therefore, I cannot recommend Regus to anyone.
Stopped by to check out some of the offices they offered and was met by two of the nicest young ladies I’ve ever met working at the front desk. They have amazing customer service 100/10
