When the pandemic hit and my staff started working from home I made the decision to give up my physical office space for my marketing firm. It made no sense to pay for the physical space when it was being used for the odd meeting and an address for our mail. While the on site employees are helpful and professional, they don’t represent the experience of the organization, which is poorly managed. There is often no one at the desk as promised due to staffing, they have to rotate between sites. I’ve been over billed on my monthly rent and months later I continue to wait for a credit. I’ve been overcharged on my annual rent deposit to my credit card, and I’m still waiting over a year for a refund on the overcharge.
