Absolutely trash place. Stay away guys.
This company is absolutely ridiculous. We clearly mentioned our room number in our review, yet someone responded saying they “couldn’t find our account” — an obvious excuse to avoid addressing any problems after the contract is signed. It’s clear they take no responsibility once you’ve moved in. To terminate the contract, they require a three-month notice, which already feels unreasonable. We rent room 122 back in February, at the beginning the marketing people, the front desk people are extremely nice and helpful. Recently we feel extremely disappointed with Regus and honestly feel misled. Back in April, we negotiated a new monthly rate of $518 for six months with Jason Householder, who confirmed the agreement.
