This company LOVES LATE FEES!!! And make them up as they go. Horrible experience. I signed the paperwork with a delay for move in a month later. Immediately after signing the contract I was hit with large late fees for not making the rental payment within 3 days. After making payment and a few requests they finally removed the late fees. Amazing Office. Leoke is great. You do need to pay attention to the lease agreements and terms and conditions. Once you get the swing of how things work everything is really pleasant.
Nice facility but the suck you into a 1 year lease then they become very unaccommodating. You would be much better going with a local company then a big corporate center
