Updated to 3 stars: I received my retainer refund, but only after posting a 1-star review — it took 6 months of follow-ups to get it resolved. Glad it’s settled, but the process was frustrating. These guys have been holding my retainer since January for no reason! I've been following up for five months, and despite the terms of our agreement, the retainer still hasn't been refunded. They just don't care. Extremely disappointing experience!
My experience with Regus has been nothing short of a nightmare. I rented commercial space from them and encountered numerous issues, culminating in a legal dispute over a retainer refund. Despite being assured I could keep a TV left by the previous tenant, Regus now claims otherwise, illegally withholding my retainer under false pretenses. Great location and friendly front staff. Always clean and very bright. However, it lacks a good HVAC system so my office gets warm every afternoon. Poor ventilation overall so the bathrooms, main area, and kitchen always smell terrible. Mentioned it to staff and still same conditions. Smelly, hot environment discourages your staff from coming in.

It's a new Regus co-working location in that's very convenient to downtown Danville. They haven't quite finished all the interior work yet, but it's quite functional. In general Regus has pretty good prices compared to other co-working spaces I've used. I'll probably bump up to 5 stars once the work is done.
