Update: I originally gave them three stars, but I’ve since downgraded my rating to one. After they left a comment asking me to get in touch, I did so—only to receive the exact same robotic, canned response. Obviously, the goal of any business is to make money; however, their conduct toward me was clearly unfriendly, and they blatantly abused their position of authority. Кhe space itself is great: excellent location, nice renovation, good utilities, and overall it looks very professional. You can tell the place was designed with care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was seriously affected by the management. Be very careful with the lease terms, fees, and deposit return conditions. A company like this shouldn't exist. They are despicable people. You can't treat people they way you have done. You have continued to make my life horrible over the past 5 months.

Until I receive the $1,500 that they owe me, I will make sure that everyone knows how they treated me. Terrible people are at this location. I hope this isn't representative of the other locations.
