A company like this shouldn't exist. They are despicable people. You can't treat people they way you have done. You have continued to make my life horrible over the past 5 months.
Until I receive the $1,500 that they owe me, I will make sure that everyone knows how they treated me. Terrible people are at this location. I hope this isn't representative of the other locations.
Update: I was never called as they mentioned in their reply, If I could give 0 stars, I would. They additionally did not give my full retainer back. I have already reached out to appropriate authorities and will continue to do so until they pay for what they have done. These people are despicable and should not be trusted! Updated to 3 stars: I received my retainer refund, but only after posting a 1-star review — it took 6 months of follow-ups to get it resolved. Glad it’s settled, but the process was frustrating. These guys have been holding my retainer since January for no reason! I've been following up for five months, and despite the terms of our agreement, the retainer still hasn't been refunded. They just don't care. Extremely disappointing experience!
