My experience with Registry Properties Inc. and its broker, Armando Rafael Rodríguez, has been extremely negative and I feel it is my duty to warn others. Mr. Rodríguez withheld over $3,500 in tenant funds (rent and security deposit) that were rightfully mine. Despite written requests, phone calls, and formal notices, he has failed to return the money. Armando owes me thousands in missing rent and my tenant's security deposit. He stated that Apartments.com was holding the rent funds for months but once I went to approach the tenant myself after months of issues I found that the tenant had been paying Armando directly through Zelle and when I asked Armando why my recent deposit came from a J&L Services he stated that it was a processing company he was using instead of apartments.com but when you use Armando's phone number in Zelle it is registered as J&L services. Scam alert here 🚨 Currently struggling with this guy and his company, usually late on payments , 2 months late at current time with security deposit and last month of the installment in his hands , no good , any advise please ?
SCAMMER!!! DO NOT use the services of Armando or Registry Properties. They are operating without proper licenses and mismanaging funds.
Terrible experience. Still waiting for late rent payment from a month ago. Had to contact tenants directly, who have been paying on time, to get more information and break ties. Armando has been mishandling money and has still failed to turn over 2800.00 security deposit. This company is a SCAM. Do NOT use them. Similar experience from all previous negative reviews. Late payments every single month. Non responsive to emails, voicemails, and texts. Operating illegally.
