Do not hire Armando, I don’t think this is even a real property management company. He is never on time with payments, the phone number on the website doesn’t even work, he is very shady and unprofessional.
Super unprofessional, never reaches back and doesn’t return security deposits. I would not go ever again with this management company.

The WORST PROPERTY manager EVER!!! I’ve hired Armando Rodriguez to manage a property in Poinciana. He was late every single month for a whole year with the payments. Which in the state of Florida is illegal. Now he is holding on the deposit from the tenant. Also illegal since he was supposed to have it in an escrow account and it seems that’s not the case. Don’t EVER hire this person. He is doing shady business with money that he steels from clients.
