idk find some people who know how to cut hair, that would probably be a great first step.
Well we had an appointment for 11am today. We get there. The place is closed. No one called to tell us that they wouldn't be there. Its rather disappointing.
It's rare that I even get my hair cut � Today was great though and Leah M. Was outstanding. I'm terrible at explaining and have long hair so it can get irritating. If you want someone w style tht gives a damn I'd recommend her.

I went in on a Sunday and had an appointment to get a balayage done for the fall and the girl that did my hair completely screwed up. I told her I wanted a Carmel brown color for the fall which would just be a couple shades lighter than my hair. I showed her the picture and she said she could do it no problem. She started to bleach it by doing "feathered strokes" which wasn't a problem until she got to the back and did not feather it at all. Super unprofessional. Literally fighting in the salon in front of customers. Rude. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, and while I know no one is obligated to get me in early, they did not get me until over a half hour after my appointment when there were two stylists working, (we'll call them stylist A and stylist B) Stylist A was doing a bleach job and when I walked in and told her I was early for my appointment, she rolled her eyes and gave me a look that suggested I shouldn't be there. We came in this salon for a bridal party. The original place we were going to jacked up the price the week of the wedding and we were on a budget. So, our bride and 3 of us went there for our hair. The ladies working were so wonderful! Very welcoming, even with us adding in an extra hair appointment, never showed any sign of being frazzled or upset. I'm from Michigan and had Trish working on my hair; if I was in Indiana she would definitely have my business
