Super team highly experienced . New management is terrific. Salon is extremely clean as well with a variety of products!
Rita is excellent stylist. My daughter and I both go to her for all our hair needs.
My two teenage children needed haircuts on Sunday, 5/14/17. I sent them in to Regis in the Cumberland Mall at 5:25 pm. The mall closes at 6:00. There were three stylists "working" (standing around doing nothing, as there were no customers in the store). My children were told they were not taking any more customers, as they were getting ready to close. We walked down to Master Cuts, where there was ONE stylist working. I love coming here, Katrina is my stylist and she does amazing job, I finally found hairstylist and she's amazing
Yesterday, I didn't have an appointment, I walked in to see if I could get my hair cut and dyed. To my surprise, They said yes!!! The gentleman who did my hair, I wish I could remember his name, was amazing! He helped me choose color and cut, and we decided together! He was very kind. And did an amazing job! I love both the cut and color!!!! I'll be seeing him again!
I haven't been to a salon in years. I came to Regis because I know someone there! And I tell ya what, the service was amazing. I thank Katrina for recommending Patti today. My hair is no longer all over the place and it's silky smooth. Both Kat and Patti's recommendations on my hair keeping it beautiful will be used! The positive energy from both of them is heart warming! Thank you!
