I've been in SmartStyle in Walmart, Galax, VA. four or five times. "Savannah" that manages the store cut my hair. When I sat in the chair and brought to her attention the fact that one of my bangs is looped up like a dog year and can she have it lay down like the other side. That was all it took. My husband purchased a $250 egift card off of SmartStyle's website for me for Valentine's Day. We went to the Franklin, TN location located inside Walmart, Friday, February 12, 2021 around 1:30pm. I got a "piggyback" perm or double perm. We asked beforehand how much it would cost and was told $120-$130. We agreed to price and mentioned we had a gift card and was told that was fine.
