Dawn is amazing. She's done my hair a few times now and recently did a perm on my LONG hair. She took 3.5 hours of her evening to do my hair, and it turned out absolutely amazing. I won't go to anyone else or anywhere else as long as she's there! She's also the sweetest, as were all the girls in the salon....I enjoyed our conversations while I was getting my hair done. Go here, you won't regret it!
If a client tells you they have male pattern baldness and to be gentle, you need to listen. Then when she suggested product, my son told her he would think about it. Instead she added a paste to his hair and roughly styled it. He did not ask for product or consent to it. He came home very upset because he could see more hair fall out as she was styling his hair. Talked to the owner who didn’t even seem a bit sympathetic.
