Went in yesterday with my daughter in hopes that my favorite person (Jessy) would be there. I usually put off getting my hair cut because it gives me extreme anxiety. I was feeling pretty good yesterday so I decided my daughter and I would go in. After realizing Jessy wasn't there I honestly thought about canceling and just going home because it's hard for me to trust anyone else, but my daughter really wanted to get it done so we decided to stick it out. I went to get an updo for prom, and to start with, this girl didn't had the minimum idea of how to work my hair even though I showed her a tutorial. But what really pissed me off is that she kept ignoring what I said by saying "oh, I can't make it look like in the video because the hair is already pretty." Wtf? Anyway, I felt that she wasn't doing an effort. I ended up leaving, and I did my hair by myself, which turned great btw.
Always love going there and Iris knows exactly what to do with my hair.

To be quite honest, I'm very picky about my hair. I first went to Regis about 4 years ago and was quite skeptical about trying a new place. This is when I met Iris and she's been doing my hair ever since! She works with my insanely crazy schedule and always does a great job on my haircut. Everyone here is great!
All the staff are friendly, customer service was amazing, the stylist iris did a wonderful job on my hair, beautiful blonde hilights, very professional in this establishment. I am definitely going back and recommend Regis salon to everyone...
My friend and I went in for a hair cut, spur of the moment thing. We both ended up with very uneven hair. Looks like it was cut by a toddler. It's so embarrassing. Both of our hair was cut by Iris.
