I went to get a hair cut and low lights and I ask for a natural blonde(lighter then my normal hair color) but instead the stylist turned it brown an added grey highlight. First I didn’t want grey the color I picked out was an a brown and I wanted my hair a lighter brown not darker so I wouldn’t recommend this place plus she messed up so I was in that chair for 4+ hours and payed 150$ or more. So do not go to this place
Never in my life have I cried after a hair cut. But today that changed. I had to go to another salon to have it fixed. I'm so disappointed and beyond upset that I spent hard earned money on something that then had to be fixed. Looking into contacting corporate it was so unbelievable.
Never ever go here... Took my 12 yr old son to get a hair cut. The girl did not know how to cut hair. WTF... I was watching in horror as she chopped away. Not only that it took forever to do it. I left there and went to Great Clips to have them fix it. Not happy with this place at all. Will be calling Corp tomorrow.... #ifyoudontknowhowtocuthairdontcutit...
The last time i was there i needed my roots done $50.00 they don't match the color of my other hair and boy did she miss lot's of spots. When your on SSI you guard your money carefully and only spend it when it's worth it, not worth it anymore i will go somewhere before i ever go back here what a disappointment...
