I called to see if a stylist was available to do a trim, but no one answered the phone. I decided to drive over, and I was left to stand at the desk while the girl ignored me. She said she'd be right over, and then proceeded to complete the entire cut without acknowledging me. I walked out.
I had a great experience today at Regis! Amber did a great job with my cut and color...really happy! The stylists were friendly, the atmosphere was positive and relaxed. I will definitely return.
