I love working here at Greenbrier Rudy & Kelly. It's my other family that I have.
I called today to see if there were any appointments available and the associate put me on a brief hold to verify my information. A minute later, she verifies my information. I then ask her if someone is available later this afternoon and she puts me on hold again. I am on hold for another six minutes and no one picks up. Very unprofessional service
Shae is the best hairstylist! I have been getting my hair done by her for almost two years and have never been disappointed. The color and cut are just what I wanted!

I had Melissa O. touch up my balayage and change my blonde to a cooler tone. Melissa made sure to listen intently to my request and delivered exactly what I wanted. I love my hair now and I would totally recommend Melissa especially for achieving the balayage look!
