Never again! Rude hairdresser that didn't listen. Very snappy and literally did nothing I asked her to. I do not recommend this 'salon' at all
I used to love going to get my hair cut here. It's always been a pleasant experience so I tried to go back tonight. I got there around 7:30 and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I was fine with that. I walked around to wait and finally came back. I then waited another 15 minutes before she told me she couldn't cut my hair tonight. She gave me a coupon but I'm still mad. My time was wasted and 20% off is not enough for me to want to come back. I will be going elsewhere from now on if they can't handle more then one costu... read more
Came in for a deep conditioning treatment and a trim. 2.5 hours later still sitting under the dryer because my stylist started on someone else. I've been sitting under the dryer suffering hair damage for an hour. I'm walking out without a style and without a tip for sure.
