I have never had a bad experience at a regis salon until today. I went in for a cut and color I've had done a million times but with much longer hair. It has always taken me roughly 2 1/2 hours every time to get this same service. Today it took just my color 3 hours, and the blonde isn't even finished and I never got my cut because I was tired of how long it was taking and how poorly one of the girls treated me during my time there.
