Just went and had the worst experience of my life in getting my hair colored !!! My hair already was blonde highlights with brunette lowlights. Asked for touch with more blonde and she turned my hair red and taking away the blonde already there !!! I burst into tears and she said that they wouldn’t charge me but then kthe manager said if I didn’t pay they would call the police. !!!
