Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon! If you care about how you’re treated, your hair, and getting the best value for your money, I wouldn’t go here! Regis is not what it use to be!! Horrible service!!
The customer service is horrible! The manager along with the others that normally have no customers are sitting around in their cell phones and people walking in and standing around looking for assistance! The manager is not professional in her actions while she sits on her cell phone and laughing and giggling! The phone rings and they just sitting around! The place is dirty and have roaches.

I think it is horrible business when my friend pays good money for a cut & color.. & the color fades in less than a week!! She was told she is basically out of luck they do not back up their work!! Do not go here!!!
