Ms. Diamond is Truly a Gem I have been bringing my sons and daughters to get their hair braided by Ms. Diamond for many years now. We never have an extreme wait time and she gets my whole family out (and its a big family) in less than 3 hours without drama. She always offers quality service and hair care! I don't know about the other staff but sticking with her, I've gotten quality care.
Wouldn't Recommend This salon is very appealing, but the stylist who did my hair cheated me. She did not have a set price on certain styles. She decided to charge me whatever she felt like. I received a relaxer and she charged me $80. She insisted that the price was so high because I received a Mizani perm. That was hard for me to believe. Mizani is not over $30 in stores. I felt like I was cheated. I never returned and I would not advise any of you to go here.
Poor Customer Services/ Manager and Stylish Be aware of this salon !!.There was so much poor Customer Services. I have another Client jump in front of me and I was ask to see another stylish so I wouldn't have to wait either thought I was next . The manager had very poor Customer Serives for to be a manager . I wouldn't bring my pet their !! God Bless them because They need it !! I don't care If their the only salon open They would not see me again !!
Rude and long wait I wouldn't recommmend this Regis salon. I've had good experiences at others in the past, but this one was aweful. I had an appointment and waited for 20 minutes after the scheduled time. When the receptionist was rude when I asked how much longer, I gave up and left.
Rip off at Regis PG Plaza Before I had svcs done at Regis PG Plaza, I requested an estimate for a touch up, color and cut. I was given an estimate of $85.00. I scheduled an appt and had the work done. Surprise!! When I went to pay I was charged $132.00. $85.00 for a touch up. What a rip iff. I have had my hair done in NY, Miami and DC and have never pd such an outrageous amt. There is no chance that I will ever go back. PS the stylist was excellent.
pitiful service not worthy of your good money!! She asked 3 stylists if they "wanted" to take me and all of them said NO. I walked off, completely disgusted and I still would like a trim REGIS @ PG PLAZA SPECIALIZING IN GHETTO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
will never go back This is the worst hair salon ever. I had an appointment with Candy, and when I got there I had to wait 30min. 10 with no acknowledgement. Once in her chair it was all down hill from there. i asked for a roller wrap and she asked ME what size rollers so I told her. Once under the dryer she forgot about me, I had to check myself to see if my hair was dry. Once I got her attention she sat me back in her chair and proceeded to take the rollers out. Bad Hair for a Wedding I went to Regis to get my hair done for my son's wedding and believe me I would never go back. When I made my appointment with the receptions I told her it was for a wedding and she referred me to Felicia. I was thinking that I had seen some of the hairstyle coming out and I was quite impressed. I on the hand looked like I left the Salon in the 50s or just left out of someones kitchen. Horrible Service My stylist (Brandi), bleached my hair, put the wrong color in my hair (almost black when I asked for honey blonde) & didn't color my hair completely. She left several chunks of my hair undyed and NEVER EVEN TOLD ME. It wasn't until I got home that I saw big chunks of hair that were left uncolored! Worst place I've ever been!
